Graduate Bulletin Information

The Ethnic Studies program is designed for students who desire to complement their course of study with an understanding and examination of American racial and ethnic groups, namely, African Americans, Latino/Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, and Native Americans. It provides insight into the history, contributions, social/cultural development, intellectual expressions, and present circumstances of these various groups in American society. The department currently does not offer a graduate major.
